Most live engraving bookings have a 2-hour minimum, with additional time available for larger events or higher guest counts.

Event Location
We serve events throughout Milwaukee and Southeast Wisconsin. Travel is available for qualifying events outside our standard service area, with travel costs reflected in the quote when applicable.

Frequently Asked Questions About On-Site Engraving
How far in advance should I book on-site engraving for my event?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weddings and corporate events during peak seasons (May-October for weddings, November-December for corporate holiday events). However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when our schedule allows.
What types of items can you engrave on-site?
We can engrave a variety of materials including wood, leather and metal. Popular items include: coasters, keychains, flasks, bottle openers and bottle stoppers. We can work with your vision and find the perfect item to fit your event.
How much space do you need at our venue?
We typically need a 6 foot table with access to a standard electrical outlet. The space should be relatively flat and protected from weather if outdoors. We're flexible and can work with most venue layouts - just let us know what you have available!
How long does it take to engrave each item?
Most items take 30-60 seconds to engrave for an item with low complexity and size. Large items or more complex designs can take up to 2-3 minutes.
For larger events with more guests, we can recommend strategies to keep
things moving smoothly, such as pre-engraving certain elements or having
guests select their items early in the event.
Do you travel outside Milwaukee?
Yes. We serve Milwaukee and Southeast Wisconsin, with travel available for qualifying events outside our standard service area.
